Girl’s education is like sowing the seed to raise the green plant of a charming full grown family which bears fruits. As citizens of democratic India women have equal right for education. Here girl’s education should not mean cramming few books, memorizing some typical numerical problems. But, it should mean in terms of providing ample opportunity to girls in involving the system.
Specific inputs like discussions and orientation on health, hygiene menstruation and related Psychological knowledge which are not being covered as part of the regular curriculum help students to explore a universe beyond their text books.
In the study it has been highlighted that knowledge regarding menstrual hygiene and management is adequate and there is need to demystify myths. Understanding the importance of educating adolescent girl child, SSVM has designed “JAGRUTI Awareness towards transition for every girl”.
During the camp time it was guided that due to release of some harmones during the adolescent period physical, psychological, social changes will be taking place and also gave guidance about the good and bad touch. Hence it is guided to girls that these things are really helpful in moulding the children and develop communication skill, leadership qualities and emotional balance.

Educational trip will always have a major educational element, but the impact of educational trips can extend much further. The importance of educational trips includes giving students the chance to build closer bonds with their classmates, experience new environment and enjoy a day away from the classroom.
On school will be arranging every year an educational trip to pre primary, primary, higher primary and high school students.
Educational trip stimulate learning beyond what text books and videos can provide to the learning environment. It gives an opportunity to spend time with each other in a new environment. They may be able to connect on more of a personnel level without the structure of the normal school day. Having a educational trip in the early part of them is wise, since it will allow students to bond with classmates they may not know very well.
The students who are new to the school, Educational trips that take advantage of local resources promote community connectivity. For e.g. A student may not ever have the opportunity to visit a local park or bank, which is an important resource within a community for both the student and his family. Students from non English speaking families or who have recently moved to the community get the chance to learn about local area with the guidance of the school and as well as share the information with their family when they return.
To update the parent about the performance of their ward a parent teachers meeting will be held after each assessment. Information about scholastic and co-scholastic achievements is intimated to the parents.
Our school is conducting four Formative Assessments and Summative Assessments in a year. After every Assessment parent teachers meeting will be conducted. In the meeting answer sheet of each subject and report card will be given to the parent. It is seen that each and every student’s parent will attend the meeting and student’s information will be reported to their parent. Especially we are taking care of the students who are average in studies. Separate parent teachers meeting will be held for 10th STD students to take care of each one of them and remedial classes will be conducted for the students who is below average, so that they can score good marks in the examination. In every meeting we are interacting with the parent regarding co-curricular activities
Creativity is the key to success in the future and primary education is where teachers can bring creativity in children at that level.
